If you always suck on the "running" stage using blackra1n when trying to jailbreak your iphone firmware 3.1.2, the way to solve is so easy....
Go to the official black weather website http://blackra1n.com/ to RE-download the blackra1n.exe AGAIN.
Save the blackra1n.exe under C:\
Execute again
Problem Solved!!!
*Remember to turn off iTunes、iPodService.exe、iTunesHelper.exe、mDNSResponder.exe in task manager before you run the blackra1n.exe"
